Delete My Account
Permanently remove your data and Auth0 account.
⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent
Deleting your account will result in the immediate and irreversible removal of:
- Your store profile and settings.
- All product inventory and pricing data.
- Your visual shelf maps and store layout.
- Any uploaded product images.
- Access to your account via Auth0.
This action cannot be undone. All data will be purged from our active databases.

To delete your account, you must first verify your identity by signing in.

You can also initiate deletion through the mobile application:

Open the App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
